I am the mother of three, served in the military at Fort Bragg in the 90's and have been married for over 27 years to a fellow soldier. I have lived in the Wade area for about 14 years and have plans to eventually move to the mountains of Western, NC. I am an avid outdoorswoman and love boating, hiking, and taking out my motorcycle.

After meeting with Candice Lovett to view the property, I knew that she was the broker I wanted to use. She was truly knowledgeable, providing me with all available information on the land I was interested in and it was a big plus that she was so friendly and down to earth, with an awesome sense of humor. Being a first time land buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect but she worked very hard and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. She was also able to negotiate the price for me, saving me a good bit of money. The process was also completed a lot quicker than what I was expecting. If I make any future real estate purchases, I will definitely be using Candice as a broker again. Five stars!! Candy was so helpful. She worked super hard to find me a house within my budget. We drove around for weeks looking at houses. With the market the way it is right now it was hard finding a house a liked and would accept my offer. But after weeks of looking I finally found a house and Candy put in an offer right away. We were both so excited when it got accepted! Would highly suggest Candy and am thankful for all her hard work!

We consider ourselves very lucky to have had Candice as our agent when buying our home. This was the first home we’ve ever purchased! She truly listened to what our needs, priorities, and wishes were for our home. She did a great job of finding that perfect balance that gave us the perfect house for us. We also were from out of state and could not be in town throughout the buying/loan process… Candice went above and beyond to help cut down the stress of those issues and was always a phone call away for any questions or help that we needed, which was quite a bit with being first time home buyers.
She was very knowledgeable and personable. It really was a pleasure to see and work with her. Candice made this already wonderful experience of buying our first home even better.
